If you no longer need a service or domain, you can submit a cancellation request or disable auto-renewal directly from your client area.
You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation request has been submitted.
If you submitted a cancellation request but want to keep the service, please contact us as soon as possible before the termination date.
Domains work differently from other services. Rather than submitting a cancellation request, you disable auto-renewal and allow the domain to expire naturally at the end of its registration period.
The domain will remain active and functional until its expiration date, then enter the standard expiry and redemption process.
For services: Immediate cancellations are processed daily at 8am UTC. End-of-period cancellations terminate on the date shown in your confirmation email at 8am UTC. All data associated with the service is permanently deleted upon termination.
For domains: The domain continues working until expiration. After expiry, it goes through registry-specific grace and redemption periods before being released for public registration.
