Generic configuration settings for accounts created after 1 March 2022

Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - Available on "Client Configuration" page of your Business Email Hosting service.
Username: Your full email address - eg [email protected]
Password: Your email password, which is different from the one that you use to access our client/billing area.
Please verify this by logging into the webmail system at https://mail.mxlogin.com or you can reset your email password from within your Domain Name Sanity account.

Incoming Mail Server (POP3) - mail.hostedemail.com, port 995 with SSL
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - mail.hostedemail.com, port 465 with SSL
Username: Your full email address - eg [email protected]
Password: Your email password, which is different from the one that you use to access our client/billing area. Please verify this by logging into the webmail system at https://mail.hostedemail.com or you can reset your email password from within your Domain Name Sanity account.
